Star Trek: Nautilus
Current leader of the Klingon High Council, Chancellor Kravokh is a warrior of renown and an accomplished starship captain. He is a charismatic leader who promises to bring the Klingon Empire to glory and honor and usher in a new golden age.
Not much is known of Chancellor Kravokh’s early career before he become captain of the IKS Fek’lhr, a Qapla Val Class battleship. As Captain of the Fek’lhr, Kravokh distinguished himself several times. Most notably was his involvement in the Betreka Nebula Incident in 2328 which ended all diplomatic relations between the Klingon and Cardassian Empires and ushered in a new era of Klingon patriotism in the empire.
After the Betreka Nebula Incident Kravokh returned to QonoS a hero. He was quickly elected to the Klingon High Council. In a few short years as Councilor Kravokh enacted several pieces of legislation meant to reestablish the empire’s independence from outside influence and bring prosperity back to the Klingon people. He proposed rearmament of the Klingon fleet and the creation of a new stealth cruiser which would become the Kvort Class Bird of Prey.
Kravokh rose to the position of Chancellor in early 2334, promising sweeping changes in the empire, and easily defeating his rival in the rite of succession. While Kavokh is well loved in the Klingon Empire, the Federation and her allies are wary of this charismatic leader and the course he seems to be taking with the empire. The Klingon border colonies are also showing signs of strain under this new chancellor as they try to maintain the relationships with nearby Federation worlds forged over the past four decades and earn the favor of Chancellor Kravokh.
